Physical Comic Books (Print on Demand)
In accordance with UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your physical order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

- Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our business address in the United Kingdom.
- Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For international orders (e.g., USA, EU), we strongly recommend a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
- Condition for Refund: To receive a full refund, the comic must be returned in its original, unread, and resalable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse it if the item shows signs of use (e.g., spine creases, thumbed pages, or blunted corners).
- Customs & Duties: Any import duties or local taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.

All sales of digital comics (PDFs, E-reader files) are final. Under UK law, your 14-day right to cancel is waived the moment you access the download link or start the download. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital content once it has been delivered to your account or email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want you to receive your comics in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item:

- Please contact us at Redbackcomics@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
- Do not return the item yet. In most cases involving print-on-demand, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost or provide a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Exchanges
Because our physical books are printed to order via our global print partners, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a physical item, you must return the original (at your cost) for a refund and place a new order.
